1. Parties and Acceptance

This Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between [PUNFİ TURİZM İNŞAAT TEKSTİL KUYUMCULUK İTH.İHR.SANAYİ(PUNFİ Tourism, Construction, Textile, Jewelry, Import-Export, Industry)] (“Hotel” or “We”), located at [Sirinyer Mah, Siteler, Kenan Evren Blv. No:42, 48700 Marmaris/Muğla], and the individual or legal entity (“User” or “Guest”) who uses the website www.forumhotelresidence.com (“Website”) or makes a reservation through the Website.

By using the Website or making any reservation through it, you declare and undertake that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

By accepting this Agreement, you also confirm that you have read and understood our [Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy], which forms an integral part of this document and details how your personal data is processed under Law No. 6698, and that you consent to the data processing activities described therein.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website.

2. Definitions

Website: Refers to the website with the domain name www.forumhotelresidence.com.
Guest/User: Refers to any individual or legal entity who visits the Website, seeks information about services, or makes a reservation.
Reservation: Refers to the booking made by the Guest through the Website to stay at the Hotel.
PDPL Policy: Refers to the Hotel's Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy.

3. Use of the Website

The User agrees to use the Website solely for lawful purposes and for personal, non-commercial use. The User may not engage in any activity that damages the operation of the Website, places an excessive load, or prevents third parties from accessing services. False, fraudulent, or speculative reservations may not be made through the Website.

4. Reservation, Payment, and Confirmation

Reservation Process: Reservations are made through the booking engine on the Website, by accurately and completely entering all required information (number of guests, check-in/check-out dates, personal details, etc.).
Payment: Depending on the selected rate type, a prepayment, deposit, or full payment of the accommodation cost may be required for the reservation to be confirmed. Payments are made using the secure payment methods (e.g., credit card) provided on the Website.
Pricing and Taxes: Prices displayed on the Website are in [Currency, e.g., EUR/TRY/USD]. These prices [include/exclude] legally applicable taxes such as VAT and Accommodation Tax. Prices of confirmed reservations are guaranteed.
Confirmation: Upon successful payment, a reservation confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the User.

5. Cancellation, Modification, and No-Show Policy

Standard Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to [e.g., 14 days] before the check-in date. Cancellations made [e.g., less than 14 but more than 7 days] before the stay are subject to a [e.g., 50%] charge of the total booking amount. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made [e.g., less than 7 days] before the stay.

No-Show: If the Guest fails to check in on the first night of the reservation without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a "No-Show" and no refund will be issued.
Modification: Requests to modify reservations will be subject to the Hotel’s availability and may incur price differences.

6. Check-in and Check-out Procedures

Check-in Time: Rooms are available for check-in after 14:00.
Check-out Time: Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 at the latest.
ID Verification: All guests must present valid identification (National ID or Passport) at check-in, as required by law.

7. Guest Responsibilities

The Guest is financially responsible for any damage caused intentionally or by negligence to the Hotel’s property or assets during the stay. The Guest agrees to comply with general public morality and the Hotel’s policies during the stay.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of valuables left in guest rooms or public areas of the Hotel. Guests are advised to store valuables in the safes provided in the rooms.

9. Force Majeure

Natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, epidemics, strikes, and other unforeseeable events beyond the Hotel’s reasonable control shall be considered “Force Majeure.” In such cases, the Hotel cannot be held liable for failing to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (texts, images, logos, designs) is the property of the Hotel and may not be used without permission.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Marmaris.

12. Final Provisions

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The Hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the updated version on the Website.
