Buyer: User/Guest who makes a reservation through the Website.

1. Subject of the Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement governs the sale of accommodation services provided by the Hotel via electronic means in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Reservation Process

Reservations are made via the Website by selecting check-in/check-out dates, entering guest information, and choosing an available room. A reservation is confirmed upon successful payment via the secure system.

3. Price and Payment

The total price of the accommodation, including applicable taxes, is displayed before final confirmation. Depending on the chosen rate, full or partial payment may be required in advance.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Under Law No. 6502 Article 15, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided at a specific date or time. However, cancellation is possible according to the terms set in the cancellation policy on the Website.

5. Cancellation and Refund

• Free cancellation is available up to [14 days] before check-in.

• Cancellations made [less than 14 but more than 7 days] before the stay are subject to a [50%] charge.

• Cancellations made [less than 7 days] before the stay are non-refundable.

• "Non-Refundable" reservations cannot be cancelled or changed.

6. Delivery of Service

The service is deemed delivered upon the Guest’s check-in and completion of their stay as per the reservation.

7. Guest Obligations

The Guest agrees to provide accurate information and to comply with all rules and regulations of the Hotel. Any damage to Hotel property will be the responsibility of the Guest.

8. Force Majeure

In the case of natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events, the Hotel may not be held liable for service interruptions.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Marmaris Courts and Enforcement Offices.
