Delivery and Return Policy

1. Delivery of Services

  • The services offered through the Website are accommodation services at the Hotel.

  • Service delivery occurs at the Hotel location on the check-in date chosen by the Guest.

  • No physical product is shipped or delivered. Confirmation is sent via email after payment.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: After 14:00 on the arrival date.

  • Check-out: By 12:00 noon on the departure date.

  • Guests must present valid ID (passport or national ID) at check-in.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Standard Reservations:

    • Free cancellation up to [14 days] before check-in.

    • Cancellations within [7–14 days] incur a [50%] fee.

    • Less than [7 days] = no refund.

  • Non-Refundable Reservations:

    • Cannot be canceled or modified. No refund under any circumstances.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If the Guest fails to arrive without notice on the check-in date, it is considered a No-Show, and no refund will be issued.

5. Modifications

  • Any reservation modifications are subject to availability and may require payment of the price difference.
